djb492@wildcats.unh.edu Douglas Gagnon is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Education and a research assistant at the Carsey Institute. His interests include teacher quality and staffing issues, as well as systems of teacher evaluation. Douglas conducts quantitative analysis of large-scale data sets, as well as bibliographic research and report writing.
Formerly Douglas was a high school physics teacher and he continues to work in curriculum and assessment. Douglas earned his bachelor’s degree in physics from Ithaca College, and his master’s degree in physics education from Cornell University.
