Corinna Jenkins Tucker

Corinna Jenkins Tucker, Ph.D., C.F.L.E., is an Associate Professor of Family Studies. Her primary research interests include examining the links between adolescents’ relationships with siblings and parents and their socio-cognitive development, connections between adolescents’ family relationship experiences, and differences in familial experiences of adolescents growing up in the same family. As a Carsey Institute Faculty Fellow, her work for the Carsey Center for Rural Youth consists of being a co-investigator on the Panel Study of Coos County Youth and analyzing Add Health data with Dr. Cesar Rebellon.
Tucker received her Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies from the Pennsylvania State University in 1998 and joined the faculty at the University of New Hampshire in 2000. Dr. Tucker was recently awarded the Class of 1940 Professorship that recognizes outstanding interdisciplinary research and teaching and the Roger Ritvo Award honoring an outstanding faculty/student research collaboration.
